A: Mark the corners of where the structure will be located, and either complete the online application or call our office at (256)230-0911.

Q: What are addresses assigned to?

A: Addresses are assigned only to structures.  Property cannot be assigned an address.

 

Q:  What are the hours of operation at Athens/ Limestone County 911?

A: The Emergency Call Taking Facility is staffed 24/7, 365.  The administrative office is open Monday- Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, with the exception of holidays.

 

Q: What type of emergency calls do Athens/ Limestone County 911 answer?

A: Athens/ Limestone County 911 answers all 911 calls made within Limestone County.  County Fire and Athens Fire are dispatched from our facility, while all other emergency calls are transferred to the appropriate agency.
